Accessories |
|
To cater functional requirements , Racks
are supplied with variety of accessories. These items
are designed considering, general as well as specific
functional aspects of the users. |
Base frame :- To
have sturdy base for heavy duty cabinets as well as for
mounting
heavy items at bottom of the rack, Base frame can be supplied
with structural support and plates for mounting the items.
Single piece Base frame is made of std. ` C ' Chanels
and it's a welded structure . However , Kit formed Base
Frames are supplied with Corner Brackets and 2 nos each
of Width and Depth supporting plates |
| Front door : - Front
doors are available in plain steel sheet panel, with perspex
or acrylic sheet and with toughened Glass. Extruded Aluminium
frame is used for Acrylic door with Single point locking
arrangement. Steel Frame door with Acrylic or Glass can
also be available with single or Three point locking. |

Chassis
Runner : - These horizontal,
formed steel sections , with provision of slots at regular
intervals , facilitates mounting of horizontal / vertical
Trays / shelves and support angles. Provision of perforation
at intervals can also be used for mounting the Telescopic
slides at any position in the Cabinet. |

| Equipment Support `L' Angle
: - Light duty or Heavy duty ` L' Angles
in 1.6, 2.0 and 3.2 mm thick steel material are available
to suit the load requirements for different types of equipment's
mounting. These angles provides supports from below the
equipment as well as at middle of the equipment for optimum
use of front space of the rack. |
| Recess arrangement of 19"
rack mountable profiles : - The Rack ,
can be vertically split by mounting extruded `L', 19 inch
Sub-rack mountable profile at any position depth wise.
This arrangement offers proper space utilization at front
as well as on the rear side of the sub-rack unit for electrical
Installations. |

Trays/shelves/chassis
: - It is often required to mount Electronic
Instrument and equipments other than 19" mountable
,inside the Rack. These units can be placed on the trays
or shelves. Stationary type trays can be fixed either
to the vertical profiles of the frame or to the chassis
runners. For sliding trays , Telescopic slides can be
mounted on chassis runners or to the frame profile with
standard mounting Brackets at front and rear of the rack
. With this arrangement , Using above options Trays can
be fixed at any location depth-wise. |

Key
Board Tray / Drawer : - Key
Board trays, are available for standard Key Board of
470 .0 MM width , with Rotary Tray provision on the
Main Tray. Arrangement of Mouce Pad
can also be made on the tray . This tray, slides on
the Telescopic Slides. They are available in Steel fabricated
with Aluminium 3.2 MM thick Front Panel. Locking arrangement
for the tray is with Cam Lock. Sliding Drawers are available
for keeping the stationary and other suitable items
. Steel fabricated drawers with Aluminum Front panel
and Pulling Handles ,are mounted with Telescopic Slides
. |

Telescopic slides
:- Ball bearing type slides are available
with load carrying capacity of 35 Kg. ,These slides facilitates
easy movement of equipments out side of the rack , in
case of repairs and replacement etc. It is supplied with
standard front and rear mounting bracket pairs or can
be mounted on chassis Runners. Sizes available are from
16" to 24" of extendable depths. |
| Castors : - Castors
are available, suitable to load carrying capacity, Light
duty and heavy duty as Well as with & without breaks.
Rack can be supplied with front castors with break and
rear plain type. |
| Lifting Eye-bolt : -
Lifting Eye-bolts , made from forged steel and M.12 Threading,
are available in Powder coated or Zinc plated finish.
These are mounted with sturdy corner Brackets of the Rack
/ Frame. Set of 4 bolts required for each Rack unit. |
| Adjustable Legs : -
Specially designed , easy to operate and sturdy adjustable
Legs can be supplied to withstand load of 500 Kg. These
legs facilitates leveling of the rack and are mounted
on the corner brackets of the frame. |
